According to the 2020 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200), Realogy remains home to more of the most powerful people in residential real estate than any other company in the industry.

Published by management consultancy T3 Sixty, the SP200 is the premier ranking of residential real estate’s most powerful and influential leaders, including Mark C. Lowham, CEO and Managing Partner of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.

“I am proud to be affiliated with Realogy and Sotheby’s International Realty,” says Lowham. “This is a collaborative industry, and I am grateful the leadership at this firm and the other real estate professionals on the Power 200 list who work hard everyday to improve the service and results we provide our clients.”

As part of its process for determining the SP200, T3 Sixty analyzes more than 3,000 industry CEOs, executives, and leaders to build each year’s list, with Realogy executives, affiliated agents, and brokers consistently leading each year.

As Realogy continues to claim more of the Most Powerful Women Executives than any other company — making up nearly 20% of the category for this year’s SP200 rankings — it also accounts for 29 executives, affiliated agents, and brokers.

“Realogy’s consistently strong showing in the SP200 not only demonstrates our ability to attract great talent but also recognizes our incredible momentum in delivering industry-leading products and services to better support our affiliated agents and franchisees and drive additional growth,” said Ryan Schneider, Realogy’s chief executive officer and president, who appears in the top five of the SP200 for the third consecutive year.

TTR Sotheby’s International Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
