TTR Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce Mark C. Lowham as a member of the 2022 Swanepoel Power 200.

Released annually by management consultancy T3 Sixty, the SP200 is the premier ranking of residential real estate’s most powerful and influential leaders.

In his role as CEO and Managing Partner of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, Lowham oversees over 500 agents who achieved over $5 billion in annual sales in 2021.

In addition to his leadership role at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, Lowham serves on the Board of Directors for Bright MLS and has represented some of the Washington Metropolitan Area’s most significant real estate transactions.

Prior to joining TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, Lowham served as Executive Vice President at Tysons, Virginia-based real estate development firm West*Group.
