Molly likes to say "love" brought her to Washington, DC! Before diving into a career in real estate, she had her dream job of working in the most exciting place in Washington, "The Hill". Initially working on the campaign staff of the late Senator Lloyd Bentsen (D-TX). However, working on the staff of the Senate Select Committee on Small Business reignited an interest in real estate. As small mortgage brokers and real estate owners testified about the market trends at a Committee hearing, she began to dream about how much owning a home meant to her.

As a resident of the Washington metropolitan area for many years, Molly is acutely tuned into the area's history and neighborhoods. Gauging client needs and envisioning the place that best suits their lifestyle in the Capital region is something she truly enjoys. Recently, she drove through Franklin Park assessing the dog walkers/lovers in the neighborhood. Whether a first time buyer, a Congressman from California, or an empty nester ensuring that the negotiation/contract process runs as smoothly as possible is a key performance measurement for Molly. The ability to work with clients throughout the seasons of their lives is something that Molly finds very rewarding.

For many years, her husband. Mark O. Decker, was President of NAREIT, and is currently a Vice-Chair with The Bank of Montreal. It has given her a unique window into another aspect of the real estate industry. Together with their growing family they enjoy frequent family barbeques, tailgating, and watching sports events. An avid tennis player, she is a member of USTA, GWTA, and club teams. This year, Molly was especially honored to receive the TTR Sotheby's International Realty's Community Leadership Award for her work with The Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center at Georgetown University Hospital. She and Mark received The Margaret Hodges Award for their dedication to The Lombardi Center. Molly calls it a "bastion of warriors in the fight for treating and defeating cancer."
